Removal Load Bearing Wall

Anwar and his team did an excellent job removing two load bearing walls at out property. I've dealt with a lot of contractors and vendors both personally and professionally and very few of them can measure like Anwar. He was efficient, on time, and on point through the entire project, starting with permit acquisition. Given his careful planning, the actual work (demolition, beam post install) took less than a week. Despite the pace, Anwar took the time to provide a detailed report at the end of each day and was sure to highlight and explain all of the major key considerations.
